A school project developed as a redesign and reinterpretation of LUX’s award-winning Reclaim Her Name campaign for the Turkish context. For this adaptation, I focused on the absurdity and limitations of gendered names and expressions commonly used in Turkish society. The campaign questions the way language can reinforce outdated gender stereotypes and challenges the idea that women should be defined through labels shaped by traditional expectations. Through a direct and contemporary visual approach, the project delivers a simple message: it is time to move beyond these definitions.
